The protagonist has always dreamed of becoming a professional basketball player since she was a student, and decided to join a company which was affiliated with a women's basketball league. However, not long after, the company withdrew from the league and the team she was in was disbanded.

Just as she's faced with the tough decision of whether to quit the company or continue working there, she hears news of the formation of a mixed-gender basketball league: 'Mix Dunk'. Not only that, the team she adores, 'Kawasaki Brave Thunders', is going to join the league as well. Unable to give up on her dream, she decides to participate in the tryouts.
